Yes. Black streaks, green algae and mildew are organic growth, and the soft wash solution breaks them down so they rinse away. If a stain turns out to be something other than growth, we'll tell you honestly before we start.
Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants?
No. Your plants, shrubs and garden beds get soaked with a neutralizer before any cleaning solution goes on, so they're protected the whole time we work.
How often should I wash my house near Lake Norman?

Will pressure washing damage my driveway?
Not the way we clean it. A surface cleaner built for flat concrete keeps the pressure steady and even, so it cleans without carving lines into the surface the way a wand held too close can.
Can you remove red clay stains from concrete?
Yes, in most cases. Stains that have soaked in for years may lighten instead of disappearing completely, and we'll tell you what to expect before we start.
Why does my driveway have stripes after it was pressure washed?
Those are wand marks, left from cleaning flat concrete with a handheld wand. We use a surface cleaner instead, so the whole driveway comes out with one even finish.
How long will my driveway stay clean?
Longer than with a plain wash. Our post treatment soaks into the concrete and helps hold off mold, mildew and other growth. Shaded spots and concrete close to the lake will still grow back sooner than sunny ones.
Can you clean my driveway, walkways and patio in one visit?

Do you clean the inside and outside of windows?
Yes. Every window gets cleaned on both sides, including the glass, frames and sills, so it looks finished from inside your home and from the street.
Will my windows be streak free?
Yes. Every window gets a detailed clean, inside and out, and we don't call it done until the glass is clear and streak free. If you see a streak we missed, we come back and make it right.
Can you remove hard water spots from my windows?
Hard water spots get treated during the clean. Heavy mineral buildup that has been there for years doesn't always come off completely, so we'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start. Regular cleaning keeps spots from setting in.
Do you clean window tracks?
Yes. Tracks can be added to any window cleaning. Just mention them when you ask for your quote.
How often should I get my windows cleaned near Lake Norman?
Most homes look their best with a cleaning once or twice a year. Spring pollen and humidity near the lake can make it worth doing more often.

Will cleaning damage my wood deck or fence?

Can you clean the green off the bottom of my vinyl fence?

A deep clean includes everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, the range hood, appliance polishing and hard water and build up removal. It's the best choice if your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in 6 months or more.
