Hi, I'm Caz
I'm the owner and operator of CaroClean Pressure Washing. Thanks for taking a minute to get to know me and the story behind what we do.
Where It Started
Before CaroClean, I drove a truck for a living. It paid the bills, but it never felt like mine. Long days on the road, and at the end of them, nothing I could point to and say I made that better.
What pulled me in a different direction started small. I cleaned a few houses for friends and family, just to help out. Then I finished one of those jobs, stepped back and watched the homeowner see their house for the first time. Same house, but it looked completely different, and you could see it on their face.
That instant transformation, and the look on someone's face when they see their home again, is what made me fall in love with this work.
A Lot of Time to Think
In late 2025, I was in a serious motorcycle accident. Recovery gave me more time to sit still and think than I ever planned on. Time like that makes you honest with yourself about what actually fulfills you, and for me, driving a truck wasn't it.
I've always loved working with my hands and being outdoors. Exterior cleaning let me build something around both, on my own terms, right here around Lake Norman. That's how CaroClean was born.

Highly recommend CaroClean Pressure Washing! We had them clean the exterior of our house along with our driveway, sidewalks, and both our front and back patio areas, and the results were exceptional. The difference before and after was incredible. Areas of the siding and concrete that had built-up dirt, grime, and discoloration look clean and refreshed again.
